Tyler Webb
Tyler Webb is a business owner, operator, and hands-on problem solver who has
been figuring out how to make things work since he was a kid.
He started his first lawn care business at 13 years old, and since then he has
built, owned, and operated businesses in lawn care, mobile power washing,
trucking, mechanics, and consulting. Tyler is the kind of person who does not
just look at a problem and talk about it — he figures out what needs done and
gets to work.
As the main owner and President of Piggybank Express LLC out of Nampa, Idaho,
Tyler handled the finance, organization, operations, and leadership side of the
business. He managed the finances, handled President duties, worked on the trucks,
drove and delivered loads when needed, and kept the business moving from every angle.
He also owned Webb’s Mobile Power Washing in Idaho, has owned and operated a
mechanic shop, holds a CDL, and has close to 15 years of trucking experience.
He has owned and operated BBB-accredited businesses, including Piggybank Express LLC
and Webb’s Mobile Power Washing, during their time in operation.
Tyler’s background also includes farm management, construction, equipment,
logistics, operations, and real-world business finance.
His motto is simple: work smarter, not harder. If there is a better, easier,
more productive way to do something without cutting corners, he is going to find it.
At Redneck Solutions, Tyler brings real experience, common sense, and practical
problem solving. He knows what it is like to deal with customers, equipment,
breakdowns, money, long days, and problems that have to be fixed whether the
timing is convenient or not.

Laurel Webb
Laurel Webb brings the digital, paperwork, administrative, customer service,
and organization side of Redneck Solutions.
She was a co-owner and Vice President of Piggybank Express LLC, where she handled
much of the digital and paperwork side of the business. Her work included business
records, employee applications, employee handbooks, HR paperwork, IFTA and tax filing
support, audit preparation, and keeping important documents organized and ready when
they were needed.
Laurel helped prepare and handle business audits for Piggybank Express LLC that
passed at a 100% rating.
She worked for Wells Fargo for five years in customer service and as a personal
banker in their call center. That experience gave her a strong background in customer
service, banking, financial conversations, problem solving, and helping people work
through complicated situations without making things harder than they need to be.
Laurel went to school for computer programming, where she studied web development,
database management, Java, SQL, HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, C++, and C#.
Her background also includes digital marketing, door-to-door sales, in-store
third-party sales, RV park timeshare sales, business management, managerial
accounting, microeconomics, payroll setup, HR paperwork, and business administration.
At Redneck Solutions, Laurel helps businesses clean up the digital, paperwork,
administrative, and organizational side of the mess so they can look more professional,
stay more organized, and stop letting paperwork and systems turn into a dumpster fire
with Wi-Fi.
